Ended up carrying them under my arm which wasn't so hard. Bought it thinking it would help my carry my sheets into the house.
Not bad for a 62 year-old lady and could not have done the task as quickly without this tool. Then moved 16 sub-flooring panels with a few breaks between groups of 4. Last time I ask a neighbor, but he move. Read previous reviews. Bought and immediately put lots of rubber bands around the flat area that panels would be placed.
Shipping was way too much money. Will it hold up over time in a construction environment. Yellow plastic carrier works well, was half the price of a metal one. width of carrier at bottom and u-shaped construction helps hold well for angle carrying going up and down steps.
He said it is very handy to use. My son was very happy when I gave him this plywood/sheetrock carry handle.
We carried down about 4000 sq ft of drywall with these in 4 hours. Two guys can move drywall sheets up to 12 feet in length. I've got 2 of these. Tough way to get the rock where it's needed, but sometimes that's your only choice. Longer panels would be extremely awkward. Once I was drywalling a basement and the supply house guys couldn't get their cart down to the room we needed it in. We got a couple of these babies and went to work.
